In order to effectively lead and manage rapid multi-channel international business growth, Alterian selected Talogy to support the delivery of change and a culture of people engagement. To underpin sustainable success, we were asked to develop and support a world class executive leadership team and integrate talent from acquisitions into the group.



Talogy designed and delivered an executive director development program. This incorporated coaching and leadership talent assessments and was supported by a succession of team development interventions to increase aligned leadership productivity and success, conducted over a four-year period.



The impact of the program was dramatic and contributed to subsequent business growth of more than 1000 per cent over four years. The top team were bonded by high levels of trust and the Talogy development solutions were cascaded down to managerial levels of the business.
