PSI Services Acquires Workforce Assessment (Non-Leadership) Business from Development Dimensions International (DDI), Inc.

PSI acquires DDI’s automated pre-employment testing content, including customizable career batteries and adaptive reasoning tests, adding to PSI’s suite of talent management solutions

September 20, 2018, Glendale, CA – PSI Services LLC (PSI)‍‍, a global workforce assessment and management solutions provider to corporations, federal and state government agencies, professional associations, certifying bodies, and leading academic institutions, today announced that it has acquired the pre-employment testing assets of Development Dimensions International, Inc.‍‍, a human resources and leadership development consultancy and front-runner in leadership selection, development, and succession planning.

PSI will acquire DDI’s automated pre-employment testing content, including customizable career batteries and adaptive reasoning tests, adding to PSI’s suite of talent management solutions for healthcare, manufacturing, sales, professional individual contributors, support services, and customer service.
